A: We are a compact cafe focusing on Drip Coffee, Tea & other premium quality refreshing drinks; all at affordable prices.  Since we do not use a coffee machine and other heavy equipments, the investment size is small; with a short pay back period.

Q: Why dripping coffee, instead of using the espresso machine?
A: The dripping process produces more coffee liquid, resulting in a smoother & milder taste.  In comparison, espresso shot from a machine is very concentrated, and is much too strong for most of the coffee drinkers.

Q: Which method produces a better coffee taste?
A: Both offer great taste, it's up to personal preference.  However, a large number of specialists agree that the dripping method can bring out the true taste & character of the coffee beans.  As we have witnessed the rising popularity of drip coffee in so many global brands.

Q: How is MezzoX different from the other drip coffee shops?
A: Typical drip coffee cafes only serve Americano (black coffee) drink.  Due to our unique proprietary techniques, MezzoX Drip Cafe is also able to serve Latte, Mocha, Thai-Style Coffee, Caramel Macchiato, etc; from bean selection & processing, blending, roasting, and grinding.  We are the first to be able to serve these drinks using drip coffee.

Q: What are signature drinks at MezzoX Drip Cafe?
A: Thai-Style Iced Coffee: made with special milk powder, which has no creamer, condensed milk; and contains no trans fat.
     YuZu Orange Matcha: this ultra refreshing drink is made with imported matcha powder from Matsue, and 100% YuZu Orange puree from Japan.

Q: How are your indredients different from other cafes?
A: Most cafes rely on condensed/evaporated milk and creamer for making their drinks.  We source only quality natural ingredients that are healthy, free from trans fat; such as the special Mezzo milk powder.  We also use real butter, instead of the cheaper margarine.

Q: Where can I open a MezzoX Drip Cafe?
A: The cafe does not require special electricity, water, or drainage.  It may be part of a restaurant, a house, an office, a hotel lobby, or anywhere with heavy foot traffic.  The small foot print of 8 Sqm makes it very flexible to find locations.

Q: Do I need special skills to operate a MezzoX Drip Cafe?
A: No.  As long as you are passionate about owning a business, enjoy meeting people, willing to go through the training, and follow the operations/marketing guidelines; you are 100% qualified
