It is similar to the PIN for a bank’s ATM card, so you should keep it a secret.
Q: หลังจากเปลี่ยนรหัสส่วนตัว (Pin Code) ในข้อมูลสมาชิก ทำไมถึงใช้ QRCode เดิมที่ save ไว้เป็นรูปภาพไม่ได้? After changing the Pin Code, why is my QRCode not working any more?
เพราะว่า Pin Code เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้าง QRCode หากสมาชิกได้แก้ไข Pin Code ก็ต้องใช้ QRCode ที่ระบบได้สร้างขึ้นใหม่ Because the Pin Code is used to create QRCode. If it is modified, you have to use the new QRCode the system has generated.
Q: QRCode ส่วนตัวเอาไว้ทำอะไรได้บ้าง? What is QRCode used for?
สมาชิกสามารถใช้ QRCode ในการสะสมและแลกคะแนนเป็นสินค้า/ส่วนลดต่างๆ คุณสามารถ save รูป QRCode ไว้เพื่อสะดวกในการให้พนักงานแสกน เนื่องจากคะแนนที่สะสมเปรียบเสมือนเงินสดในร้านเมซโซ่ คุณจึงไม่ควรส่งรูป QRCode ต่อให้ผู้อื่น Members can use QRCode for collecting and redeeming points for products/discounts. You can save the QRCode as a picture, so it’s easier to show it to the cashier. Since the points collected are equivalent to cash at Mezzo, you should not send your QRCode picture to anyone.
